I was drawn to the wellness industry when seeking tools to deal with life and job stress. I now use my skills, certifications, and personal experience to help others prioritize health, well-being and balance. A former dancer and current yoga enthusiast, I believe practicing different movement modalities helps prevent injury and contributes to a long, healthy lifestyle. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Spe I create customized programs that focus on optimizing total body wellness, correcting postural imbalance, and building a foundation of stability, while also integrating each client’s personal health and fitness goals.

I don’t consider myself a typical Reiki practitioner. I am not one to ponder the mysteries of the universe or wax poetic about the depths of my spirituality. I never owned crystals. I signed up for the Reiki course on a whim, the skeptic in me wondering if Reiki energy was real. I admit to web searching “Do you have to believe in Reiki for it to work?” If you have done this search yourself, you will be happy to know the answer is “no.”

On the first day of the course, I pulled a card from the deck the teacher brought with her and it read “Fulfillment.” It basically said everything I knew to be true, that I was unhappy with my life in its current state, and I was looking for purpose. So, I showed up. I learned. I practiced. I meditated (5 minutes at a time is an accomplishment for me). And it does work. Energy does move and I find it incredibly fulfilling to be able to help others by offering mobile and virtual Reiki services in Phoenix to individuals and their animal companions.

I am highly motivated by my passion to help people cultivate lives filled with purpose, energy, and quality of movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 10 or less, and you will always use the spring driven equipment. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
